We’re looking for an innovative, dynamic and driven professional to join our Executive team as the Director of Marketing & Community Relations ELC to Year 12. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader who supports our Christian values and is accountable for the development and implementation of all marketing, community relations, and communication activities at a strategic and operational level. We seek an energetic leader who can work collaboratively with the Executive and senior leadership to provide strategic oversight of the College’s marketing, community relations, brand positioning and communications in order to drive and maintain the College’s strong reputation and promote the College within the marketplace.
This role requires demonstrated leadership, active participation, and a strong presence at all College events, activities and community engagement initiatives.
This role is responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing and community engagement strategy that includes and has direct responsibility for the following: Marketing, Communications, Events, Old Scholars, Fundraising and Donor Management, Archives, and other College community and affiliate groups and key partnerships. The People & Culture Coordinator supports the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives, focusing on recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement. This includes administrative tasks related to the employee lifecycle, from recruitment to offboarding, and plays a key role in fostering a positive work environment.
This position requires the ability to manage needs calmly and effectively, balancing several tasks during busy periods. The People & Culture Coordinator will require a high level of digital technology competencies and accuracy for the needs of the role.
This is an important position which is dynamic and varied, requiring a high level of communication skills with teaching staff, Leadership, non-teaching staff and other community members.

Co-Educator (Learning Diversity)

Co-Educators are required to provide support and assistance to teachers with the delivery and preparation of the requirements of the College’s curriculum, supporting students to achieve their personal best. The College is seeking an experience Administration Officer to provide secretarial, clerical, administrative services and workflow support to the St John’s Campus Leadership Team members. The Administration Officer is required to provide effective communication, efficient organisation and meets administrative duties in a timely manner. The Administration Officer works as part of a team and contributes to the smooth functioning of the Campus.
This position will coordinate the teacher reliefs on a daily basis, including the coordination of temporary relief teachers, all documentation and communication involved with this for the St John’s Campus.

Lead Educator - ELC
Ongoing position - 37.5 hours per week, 45 weeks per year
Commencing June 2025
The College is seeking applications for a Lead Educator with a minimum of a Diploma qualification in our ELC. Educators in the ELC work for 45 weeks per year with one week holiday in each school term break and four weeks holiday over Christmas.
The Lead Educator will work alongside a teacher and co-educator to provide outstanding care and education to children aged three to five years in a play-based, inclusive learning environment.
The Lead Educator will be expected to nurture positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues. The role requires a high level of collaboration with colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes for children. Educators must be willing to continually improve their practice by engaging in ongoing professional learning and development. Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate Primary Years Programme and a sound knowledge in the EYLF is an advantage.

Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ is seeking passionate and enthusiastic sport coaches to provide high-quality coaching and contributing to the development of the school’s sporting program. Coaches are responsible for ensuring that all activities align with the College’s values and vision while fostering player growth, team success, and enjoyment. Coaches report directly to the Sport Coordinator.
It is mandatory that all coaches hold a current WWCC, RRHAN-EC (Masterclass) prior to commencing a coaching role with Ó£»¨¶¯Âþ.
